Animal Cruelty
Animal Cruelty is know throughout the world. There is animal cruelty everywhere, including; Australia, China, Egypt, Italy, Suadi Arabia, Mexico, United Kingdom, and even here in the United states. Although it is Illegal in most countries to inhumanely beat, or kill animals. Some countries don’t even have laws against it.
Egypt
The law in Egypt states that anyone who inhumanely beats or intentionally kills any domesticated animal may be jailed or fined. In some cases they may even be beat to death so they know how it feels to be treated like that. This rarely happens though. In 1997 the band of bullfighting in Egypt became illegal.
Italy
Cruelty towards animals can be punished with going to jail for the minimum of three months and up to three years. The law was made mainly to stop dog fights.
Saudi Arabia
There are no laws to protect animals from cruelty.
There are very little laws against animal cruelty in Mexico. They are trying to get more laws to protect the animals from cruelty.
United Kingdom
In the United Kingdom, cruelty to animals is a criminal offense. To anyone that goes against the law can be fined or jailed up to five years.
China
In 2006, there were no laws in China against cruelty to animals. They use to just shoot dogs right off the streets is they where unaccompanied.
